Born on the Isle of Arran
On the 29th of April 2014, at the Lochranza Distillery on the Isle of Arran, a spirit was distilled that would go on to rest and mature for over eleven years. Nestled at the foot of the mountains where the river Easan Biorach meets the sea, Lochranza is a place where nature and craft converge.
Named after the ancient standing stones of Machrie Moor on Arran's western coast, this whisky carries the spirit of the island — wild, timeless, and deeply rooted in the Scottish landscape. These Bronze Age monuments have stood for over 4,500 years, silent witnesses to the passage of time.
